Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CoreAxis eBOS. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and CoreAxis Software Solution Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CoreAxis eBOS ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CoreAxis eBOS is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing business management tools including Commerce, CRM, ERP, Finance, HR, Analytics, AI, Automation, and related modules. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must register with accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. One account per individual; you may not share credentials.

4. Subscription & Payment

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy. We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property, transmit malware or spam, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or mine data without permission, or use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership of data you submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your data solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any other purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by CoreAxis Software Solution Services and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreAxis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate for material breach, non-payment, or illegal use. Upon termination, your access ends and data is retained for 30 days for export before permanent deletion.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
