Your privacy is fundamental to how we build CoreAxis eBOS. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company), information generated through your use of CoreAxis eBOS (usage data, logs, session info), and technical information (IP address, browser type, device identifiers). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

2. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide, maintain and improve our services; send transactional and service emails; prevent fraud and ensure security; comply with legal obligations; and analyze usage patterns to improve the product.

3. Data Isolation & Multi-Tenancy

CoreAxis eBOS is a multi-tenant platform. Each tenant's data is logically isolated using tenant_id scoping across all database tables. No tenant can access another tenant's data. Our infrastructure enforces this at the application, database, and query level.

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). We use industry-standard security practices including regular penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. Data is stored in data centers located in India (Mumbai region).

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and up to 30 days after cancellation to allow data export. After that, data is permanently deleted. You may request early deletion at any time by contacting support@coreaxisebos.com.

6. Third-Party Services

We use select third-party services for payment processing (Razorpay/Stripe), email delivery, and infrastructure. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We only share the minimum data necessary.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You may exercise these rights by contacting support@coreaxisebos.com. We respond to all verified requests within 30 days.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand product usage. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without affecting core functionality.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
